We
are Secret
Pal Friendly. If you have a secret pal, friend or maybe someone
who just needs a little anonymous cheering up, we are happy to
help. Just let us know in the comments section of your shopping
cart that this is a secret shipment. Tell us where to send it, and
what you want the card to say. We'll take care of the rest.
Samples
We
are happy to provide a free handmade soap sample for customers who
order. Due to shipping costs we can not offer free samples to
those who do not place an order. If you would like a free soap
sample, please ask for one in the comments section of the shopping cart.
You can ask for a specific scent/blend and we will do our best to
provide you with it. Substitutions may occasionally be necessary.
Ordering
Please
use the shopping cart to order. Simply select the "Add To
Tub" button
underneath the product to add it to your shopping cart.

you can e-mail your order to us at heather@palmersoapworks.com.
We will send you a request for payment through PayPal when we receive
your order.
Please add $10.00 for
shipping.
Payment Options
Payment
is required before product ships.
We
accept all major credit cards through PayPal. You can also use your checking
account or debit card to pay. You do not need a PayPal
acount to shop with us. Our PayPal payment address is heather@palmersoapworks.com.
Pay Us Securely through PayPal. When using the shopping cart and
selecting to pay by PayPal, you will be directly routed to the PayPal
web site.

Privacy
Policy
We will always respect your privacy. We collect a minimum amount
of personal information to process your order and shipment. We do not sell or trade any
of your information with others.
Recycling
We use recycled packaging supplies whenever possible. We may reuse
boxes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc. when we ship our products to
you. It keeps our costs down, your costs down, and it helps out
the environment.
Returns
Because of the nature of our products, we can not accept returns.
However, if you are unsatisfied with any product you buy from us, please
contact us so that we may resolve the issue.
